A First version of one of the prototypes of “climbers” will soon be ready for machining. This “climber” will allow the robot to hang and lift itself on a chain. Thimothee and Kylian work on this prototype. They are new in the team but already very skilled ! Their “climber” is made of one linear guidance and a gearbox of 20 of reduction that will give the power necessary to lift the robot. Other versions of this mechanism are in creation progress.
